Cooking With Cannabis
These quick and easy to make Banana and Cannabis muffins are an absolute delight, moist and fluffy with a subtle banana flavour and relaxing, euphoric high. Great for easy baking, requiring little culinary skill, these muffins are great for people who wish to consume their Cannabis without burning or smoking it.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line an individual cake tin with muffin papers.
Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl
Using another bowl, beat together the bananas, sugar, egg and melted Cannabis butter.
Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture stirring constantly
Spoon the cake mixture into the prepared muffin cups.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour and cinnamon. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, and mix until it resembles breadcrumbs. Sprinkle this topping over the banana and Cannabis muffins.
Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes.
To check the muffins are fully cooked, push a thin skewer or sharp knife into the top, pushing it down through the centre. When removed the skewer should be clean with no signs of mixture remaining
