Cooking With Cannabis
These delicious Chocolate and Cannabis cupcakes are quick and simple to make, require few ingredients and very little skill. Amaze your friends with your Cannabis culinary skills and get high without the need to smoke. The healthiest way to enjoy your Cannabis.
Preheat your oven to 350° F, 180 C.
Place 12 cupcake liners onto a tray ready to fill and bake.
In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt, then, set the dry mixture aside.
In another large bowl cream together the cannabis butter and sugar.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating the mixture until it’s smooth, even and creamy, then stir in the vanilla essence.
Now, add the dry mixture and the milk alternately to the creamed butter, eggs and sugar mix and beat until the mixture has a smooth and uniform consistency.
Spoon the mixture into muffin cups filling each one 3/4 full.
Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until a a thin knife can be inserted and comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes then add your favorite frosting.
